Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your little one to love every Parker Baby Co. product, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unwashed condition. Our goal is to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible for busy parents.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

• 2.
  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the request from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
